Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel in My page › Manage subscription. You keep Premium until the paid period ends.
How do refunds work?
Within 14 days of a payment you get a full refund, used or not. After that, monthly plans run to the end of the period; yearly plans refund the rest after charging used months at the monthly price.
Can I keep using it for free?
Yes. The easy level, up to 10 minutes a day, stays free with no end date.
Does the price change as my level goes up?
No. Every level and language is included.
Is tax included?
Taxes for your country are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
How can I pay?
By card; any other methods available to you appear in the checkout (Paddle).

How does the free trial work?
First-time subscribers get 3 days of Premium free. We remind you 1 day before it ends, and if you cancel during the trial you are not charged. After the trial the plan you chose starts billing.
How many people can use the family plan?
Up to 4 accounts including the payer. The payer shares the invite code from My plan; each family member signs in and enters it. Study records stay separate, and members can leave at any time.
How do I get the student discount?
On My plan, request a verification email to your school address (.ac.kr, .edu, …) and open the link. Payments after that are 30% off. Verification must be renewed yearly; otherwise renewals return to the regular price.
Can gift codes be refunded?
Unused codes are fully refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used codes are not refundable.
Can I use acorns for a discount?
Each minute of study adds 1 acorn (up to 20 a day). 100 acorns = ₩1,000, for up to 10% of a KRW payment. Playground acorns live only on your device and cannot be used. If a payment discounted with acorns is refunded, we refund what you actually paid; the acorns are not returned.
Who gets the launch offer?
Until 30 November 2026 (Korea time), first-time payers of yearly Premium get 30% off the first year. It ends automatically.
Can discounts be combined?
One discount per payment. A verified student gets the student discount; otherwise the launch offer applies; acorns work on payments with no other discount.
Can free users try Medium and Hard?
Yes. Once a week, free learners can use Medium/Hard levels and sessions over 10 minutes for 60 minutes. Start it from My plan or the in-study prompt.
